REFUND POLICY - ARAM SIDDHA CLINIC

At Aram Siddha Clinic (https://aramsiddhaclinic.com), we aim to provide timely and dedicated healthcare services to all our patients. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling, rescheduling, and requesting refunds specifically for appointment bookings.

1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation with Dr. T.M. Angamuthu BSMS, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• How to Cancel/Reschedule: You can request a change or cancellation by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 89039 54411.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may not be eligible for a refund of any advance booking fees.

2. Consultation Fee & Eligibility for Refunds

• Completed Consultations: Consultation fees, whether for in-person visits or online sessions, are non-refundable once the consultation or pulse diagnosis (Naadi Pariksha) has taken place.
• Eligible Refunds: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, any pre-paid booking deposit or fee will be refunded in full. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the full amount toward a rescheduled appointment.
• Clinic-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Aram Siddha Clinic must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or doctor unavailability, you will be offered an immediate full refund or priority rescheduling.

3. Refund Processing

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash Payments: For advance bookings made in cash at the clinic, eligible refunds will be issued in cash upon visiting the clinic premises.
